Refund Policy
Returns accepted within 14 days
You have 14 days from the delivery of the last item to request the return of your product.
To be accepted, the product must be returned:
in new condition,
complete, with all accessories and instructions,
in its original packaging or equivalent packaging,
and suitable for resale.
Free return shipping
Return shipping is free when the return is carried out in accordance with the procedure provided by our customer service team.

Our customer service team will provide you with the steps to follow and, where necessary, arrange collection of the product with our carrier.
Important: please do not return the product using your own means before receiving our instructions, in order to avoid any loss or transport error.
No restocking fees
No restocking fees will be charged for an accepted return.
No final sale items
No item sold on our website is considered a final sale item.
All products may be returned within 14 days, provided that the conditions set out in this policy are met.
Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be issued to the payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed between the Customer and SENHO.
The refund may be deferred until the product has actually been recovered or until proof of return shipment has been received.
If the returned product is incomplete, damaged, dirty or used, or if its packaging has been damaged beyond what is necessary for normal opening, SENHO may refuse the refund or issue a partial refund.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date on which you receive your order, without having to provide any reason for your decision.
